Pay Line Basic

A PayLineBasic record will be produced following the calculation of a BasicPayInstruction or SalaryPayInstruction.

The term Basic in a payroll context refers to the Basic Pay element which is generally the salaried or contract hourly proportion of the employee's pay. In normal circumstances Basic Pay is subjected to both Tax and National Insurance.

Units xsd:decimal The number of units used in the calculation.
